How do customs and duties work?

On International Priority we handle declarations for 200+ destinations. You can choose to prepay duties and taxes at checkout, or bill the recipient. We'll never surprise you at the border.

Can I schedule or reroute a pickup?

Yes. Contact our support team to schedule same-day pickup in major metros, or to reroute an in-transit shipment to a nearby held-for-pickup location.

What's covered by shipping insurance?

Basic coverage is included on most services. Extended coverage protects the full declared value against loss or damage. See declared value options on the Ship page.
